This notice applies to information submitted through the Revo 9 project-intake form. It is a practical summary, not a substitute for a project-specific NDA.
How we use it
To assess fit, recommend a scope, prepare a quote, respond to you, and—if engaged—support delivery and maintain the business record.
Who may receive it
Revo 9 personnel, approved technical specialists working under confidentiality obligations, and the hosting and email providers needed to transmit the submission. Revo 9 does not sell intake data.
Documents & NDAs
Submitting the form does not itself create an NDA. If documents are needed, we will arrange a suitable exchange after reviewing your request and can put an NDA in place first.
Retention & safeguards
Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for evaluation, delivery, business records, or legal obligations. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet or email transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
Access, correction & deletion
Reply to any Revo 9 email to request access, correction, or deletion. Before receiving a reply, submit the form with “Privacy request” as the main question.
